The first Long Course meet of the year, open to all swimmers, held at the TAC in Cary.  Long Course is 50 meters in length, a different challenge for the swimmers.  We will start newer swimmers off with some 50's and 100's, with more torture for the more experienced!  Give it a try...you may like long course!
